Meal Planning Monday

How is it Monday again already! This week I’ve seriously got to start dieting. I’ve got 8 and a half months before a wedding we’re going to and just 6 and a half until my birthday and I want to have lost a decent amount of weight by then. So here’s how the week is gonna look:

Monday

Breakfast – Slimfast shake (Not exactly SW friendly but I have tons to do in the morning so I wont be in to eat)

Lunch – Grilled chicken and salad

Dinner – Burgers and homemade chips (quorn burgers for me)

Tuesday

Breakfast – Porridge

Lunch – Chicken and bacon salad

Dinner – Quorn keema curry

Wednesday

Breakfast – Porridge

Lunch – Chicken and bacon salad

Dinner – Chicken, white wine and mushroom pasta

Thursday

Breakfast – Porridge

Lunch – Tomato Soup

Dinner – Hairy Bikers Spanish Chicken Traybake

Friday

Breakfast – Porridge

Lunch – Pasta n Sauce

Dinner – Steak and homemade chips

Saturday

Breakfast – Bacon sarnie

Lunch –¬†Oxtail Soup

Dinner – Chicken Tikka Masala

Sunday

Breakfast –¬†‘Fry up’

Lunch – Jacket potato and cheese

Dinner – Louisiana Chicken and rice

      I’m swapping the meal plan round and doing that tonight – its gorgeous!
