Another week, another meal plan. This week I’m trying to use up what’s in the freezer while attempting to stick to Slimming World – not that I’ve been doing that over the last week of course!
Chicken & Rice (not quite as boring as it sounds, there’s some gorgeous marinated chicken in the local supermarket and I’m teaming it with golden vegetable rice for a quick dinner)
Steak and guiness pie
Egg fried rice
Spicy sausage pasta
Beer can chicken (been meaning to have a go at this for a while now and the man hinted he’d like to try it the other day so might surprise him with this)
