meal planning monday

Another week, another meal plan. Still sticking to my diet, so it appears planning all my meals in advance is working. So here’s what we’ll be eating this week:

Monday

Jacket potato and cheese or a veggie curry (I weigh in on Tuesday so always eat light Monday night)

Tuesday

Roast dinner (the man has a craving plus I can afford to pig out a little the night I weigh in)

Wednesday

Chicken tikka masala (from the new Slimming World magazine)

Thursday

Home made burgers and wedges

Friday

Fajitas

Saturday

Chicken wrapped in parma ham

Sunday

Spaghetti Bolognaise
