I’ve been so busy lately that my meal planning has completely fallen by the wayside. I’m trying to get back to doing it regularly though as it does help me stick to my diet (when I bother doing that too of course). Armed with my new cookbook Nadia Sawalha’s Greedy Girl’s Diet Second Helpings, I’m hoping it’ll help me to eat a bit better this week. So here’s what we’ll be having:
Monday
Broccoli, chilli and garlic pasta (Greedy Girls Diet)
Tuesday
Chicken shish kebab (Greedy Girls Diet)
Wednesday
The boys will be fending for themselves and I’ll be having a Weight Watchers ready meal as I’ve got to go into the office and might be home quite late.
Thursday
Pork in mushroom sauce
Friday
Doner Kebab (Greedy Girls Diet)
Saturday
Spag Bol
Sunday
‘Red Basghetti’ (Greedy Girls Diet)
It’s a bit pasta heavy this week, but it’s cheap, quick and filling, plus the little one’s a pasta fiend, so it suits me just fine!
I think I am with little one, pasta fiend. I had to google basghetti, there was me thinking it was some weird ingredient I had never heard of.

Ha ha I did wonder if anyone would say that!
Your broccoli chilli and garlic pasta sounds lovely – are they literally all of the ingrediants?! Want to make this for my girls – on a mission to them them eating more greens so this would be perfect! X

Yep just in olive oil, I first had it (although minus the broccoli) in Malta and kept going back again and again, it’s so quick and simple – love it!
