Another week where the meal plan went rather wrong. But it’s a new week so hopefully i’ll be able to start afresh and actually stick to the plan this week!
I’ll be having a diet friendly ready meal as it’s the night before my weigh in (not that I expect it to make much of a difference)

For lunches I’ll bee making pasta and jacket potatoes and I’ve got some sugar free jelly on the go in the fridge too. Fingers crossed I’ll manage to stick to the meal plan this week and get back on track with the diet!
