Diet friendly quiche

Another Slimming World favourite and a syn free one at that (if you use the cheddar as a healthy extra)!

Ingredients

Fat Free Cottage Cheese 200g
3 eggs
Ham, chopped
30g Cheddar, grated (HEX A)

Directions

  1. Mix together the cottage cheese and eggs.
  2. Stir in the ham (use as much as you prefer)
  3. Stir in half the cheddar and sprinkle the rest on the top
  4. Cook in the oven for 20 – 30 minutes on Gas Mark 4/180C

    Ooh, this is actually very similar to a french dish called Quiche sans pate – pastryless quiche. There is a recipe for that on my blog – I got it from a friend. You can add other veg – pretty much like any quiche really.
