I finally stopped the snacking and didn’t deviate from the meal plan last week resulting in a 5lb loss in just 5 days, needless to say I was thrilled when my wii fit told me that little piece of info on Saturday morning! This week it’s diet friendly all the way again and hopefully another pound or two off!

I’ll be serving as many meals as I can with just veg rather than potatoes and veg like I usually would and I’ll be knocking up another batch of chilli tomato soup and some more delicious English muffins which were a great success and went down well with the kids and the man too!
