Meal Planning Monday

meal planning mondayI really need to get back on the diet. Despite planning meals for the last few weeks, meals out, takeaways and snacking has seen me putting on weight at a rate of knots, well that combined with being a lazy mare and not exercising! So this week it’s healthy all the way!


Fajita pork pasta


Piri piri chicken skewers with rice


Steak with peppercorn sauce, jacket potato and veg




Chicken Jalfrezi with rice


Chicken kebabs


Pork Schnitzel with creamy parsley sauce, potatoes & veg

    I am reading your delicious menu while I stuff my face and drink wine. Must find some motivation to lose the lard! Your menu looks delicious as ever :)

      Ha ha the menus may be healthy but chocolate and cake keeps getting in the way of losing any weight!

    I’ve been lazy too, I think when the weather is rotten I just eat and hide indoors. Lovely meal plan, I do not think there is a thing on it that I do not like.

    Lovely meals – the fajita pork pasta sounds lovely. Not a huge fan of pork but the fajita spices would be great with it.
