So it’s that time of the week already, well actually I missed it by a day but I’ve been a bit busy dealing with some pretty sick kids for the last few days! I did get some time yesterday to sit and look through my new recipe books and pick out a few recipes however, so here’s the plan for the week:
Monday
Pinchos (kebabs) with patatas bravas con chorizo (potatoes with a spicy tomato sauce and chorizo), aioli (garlic mayo) and focaccia. (It was absolutely gorgeous if I do say so myself and the patatas bravas recipe comes courtesy of Lorraine Pascale)
Tuesday
Grilled steak, ratatouille and saffron rice (thanks to Jamie Olivers 15 minute meals)
Wednesday
Chicken pasta with herby 6 veg ragu (another one thanks to Jamie Oliver)
Thursday
Glazed pork fillet, cajun style rice and bbq sauce (another Jamie one)
Friday
Beef kofta curry (Jamie again)
Saturday
Fajitas and wedges
Sunday
Lasagne

It looks like I need to get myself a Jamie cook book. I need some good and quick meals that are different, I am so boring. Mich x
